Office On started by designing offices and coworking floors. Today we take on any commercial space where the building itself has a job to do: hotels and guest stays, gyms, clinics, showrooms and restaurants.
One team handles the layout, the drawings, the procurement and the site work. You deal with a single point of contact instead of coordinating six vendors yourself.
We are also operators. Office On runs its own coworking centres in Connaught Place, Laxmi Nagar, Noida Sector 2 and Noida Sector 63, so we live inside our own layouts every day and know which ones hold up after a year of real use.

Do you only design offices?
No. Offices and coworking floors are where we started and they are still a large part of what we do. We now take on hotels and guest stays, gyms and fitness studios, clinics and diagnostic centres, showrooms and retail floors, and cafes and restaurants.
We already have an architect and a design. Can you just build it?
Yes. Bring us the drawings and we replicate and execute them with complete design compliance, including procurement and site management. You do not have to buy the design stage from us to use the build.
Can we see the space before committing?
Yes. We produce 3D renders and virtual walkthroughs at the concept stage, so you can approve layout, materials and lighting while changes still cost nothing.
How does costing work?
After the site visit and brief we give you an itemised estimate built from real vendor rates rather than a single lump figure. If the scope changes during the project, the revision is shared with you before work continues.
Do you supply furniture and fixtures as well?
Yes. We source from vetted manufacturers across the country and specify products to fit the approved drawing, so the furniture matches the layout instead of being adjusted around it.
